Lab Hours Adjustment

There will be a slight adjustment to lab hours, as the lab is needed between 12:30 and 1:30 on Thursday for a meeting.

The lab will be open from 11:30 to 12:30, then again from 1:30 to 4:30 on Thursday. Lab will open an hour earlier (11:30) on Friday to give another opportunity to work.

Open Lab Hours

The photojournalism lab will be open for the hours listed below throughout the semester. This lab is set up for your use only - it is not open to non-photojournalism students.

Monday - 3:30-6:30

Tuesday - 12:30-2:00

Thursday - 11:30-4:30

Friday - 12:30-4:30

Class Notes

A reminder - class starts at the scheduled time. If the door is closed, you've missed the start of class and that will be counted as an absence. We seem to be having a rash of late arrivals, that stops now, as it is both a distraction and disrespectful to your classmates.

Lab Hours - UPDATED

The photo lab is now open for business - enrolled students in either 3610 or 3710 can use the lab to work on their assignments. Hours as follows:

Monday - 3:30 to 6:30
Tuesday - 4:45 to 7:45
Wednesday - 3:30 to 6:30
Thursday - 8:00 to 10:45 (a.m.)
Friday - 10:00 to 3:00

For Wednesday, September 5 ...

You need to bring your total number of faces up to 36 - 12 of them at 75 mm, 12 at 50 mm, 12 at 28 mm. Collect the name, age, hometown, major (or job title) and one piece of contact information (phone or email) from each person. Bring your card (and camera) to class on Wednesday - we'll be going through the download, batch captioning, renaming and editing procedure.
